I visited your drive-thru today and had an unpleasant experience. The employee handed us our drinks with the lids not secured properly, causing soda to spill all over my car window, door and on my husband. What upset us most was that there was no apology or acknowledgment of what happened. I understand accidents happen, but basic courtesy and customer service are important. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed.

It was Jack in the Box. I had not eaten greasy garbage food for months and got a craving. It was fairly tasty, but immediately made me feel like garbage the rest of the day. They were friendly, but lets be real, all fast food is poison and should rarely be eaten. Tomorrow I will eat less food and only eat real whole healthy superfoods just to get my body back on track after eating that greasy poison. Fries and soda are the worst health killers. If you wanna die a slow miserable death eat fries and drink soda daily. Otherwise treat it as a rare treat like a cookie and stick to real food most of

Terrible experience. I arrived on time to pick up the order, but the food was not ready for over 20 minutes. No communication, no urgency, just drivers standing and waiting. Because of their delay, got a DoorDash contract violation—even though the delay was 100% the restaurant’s fault. is out of the driver’s control. This place does not respect drivers’ time and causes problems for people just trying to do their job. If you can’t prepare food on time, don’t accept orders. I will avoid this location and I don’t recommend it to other drivers or customers.

Haven't experienced any of the food yet but as I stated in my post I placed only a couple minutes ago, if it is as tasty as the aroma floating from the kitchen then it will be a culinary delight
