The line is crazy long almost all the time at the McKinley and blackstone . if you want to cut the long wait and save some gas , I definitely recommend parking and go up to the window to order a lot faster . I personally think there over rated, and their drinks are not as good as I expected it to be but everyone's taste buds are different. But it's cool just to try them if you haven't already. As for me it was first and last time my first order but I do take my daughter to get herself a drink often. I try to talk her out of it and rather spend my money at a Starbucks. I wouldn't go back to this location. My sugar free blended rebel had several plastic pieces in it. I tried to call the store and got redirected to a customer service 1-800 phone number. They have essentially tried to tell me that, I should've "tested it at the window" and wave my concerns aside with a free drink rewards loaded into my account. That drink could've easily been for a coworker, but it happened to be mine out of the three drinks I ordered that morning. People ordering blended beverages for other people, especially children, please be careful.

I always place a mobile order and stand in line they just leave your drink melting bad customer service at this location. You should be calling out orders that are ready. Location on shaw is alot faster and great customer service

Used to have good experiences here the last two days the employees have been extremely rude and they made my drinks so nasty I threw them away today I got banana soft top with cinnamon sprinkles and they did not do it right and were rude about it
