Their wet burrito was astounding. I got it with chorizo and bacon. Just the right amount of spice, next time I'll top it with the salsa they provided. It was a good way to start the day. Really filling. I ate outside to take advantage of the spring weather, while nosy it was cool and rather pleasant. Irene's is a staple for Tower District and best enjoyed with friends and family, though going solo is okay as well.

The patio is perfect for people watching while enjoying the best Mimosas in Fresno. The portions are huge and the food is delicious! The food here is absolutely scrumptious and the service is without a doubt some of the best I've had in a very long time, not only is there a beautiful view of tower from the inside, you can also choose to sit outside and enjoy the festivities that happen throughout the area. The staff are amazing and very polite, I've been here twice already in the same week! I will 100% be coming back again.

Irenes Café is our go to spot for brunch any day of the week! Food is all home recipes and you can taste it! Today we tried all the Mardi Gras specials and each was phenomenal. Personal favorite was the Jambalaya with chicken, sausage, and shrimp dinner with gumbo and bread pudding. I have tasted bread pudding so good! Definitely coming back for more!
