Nice people. They did however forget to give me napkins. I had to get out of my car and use my windshield washer fluid to clean my hands and face. It was -18° F that night. I got pneumonia because I didn’t get napkins. I don’t blame you guys, I get it, people forget sometimes. But I would like some free extra napkins next time however, that only seems fair. I now realize that I could’ve just used the fabric of my car seats then I wouldn’t have fallen ill. That could have saved me from a chronic illness. Kurber Bing however is better than Mcd’s because over there they seemed to have soaked

1/20/2026: Loved frequenting this BK to come in, order, sit down and eat lunch. Now the lobby is closed, doors are locked. Drive thru only. Has nothing to do with being under-staffed, but everything to do with the staff employed. Lost a few loyal customers including myself. I don't care what anyone's thoughts are on the current situation, if you are following the rules, there's no reason for this. To the owner of this franchise: You're not making a statement if that is your intent. Do better or you'll be out of business soon.

Was really looking forward to my quick stop, asked for no cheese before got to window, when I checked my biscuit it had cheese. Ok no big deal thanks for re making it but dude, I got pieced together sandwich I couldn’t even eat. It was way overdone nasty. Supper disappointed! Never really had Good experience at this location.

Still have not gotten fresh chicken fries once unless I specifically say I want fresh stuff and wait for them to make it. Chicken fries must stored in the freezer because they are cold everytime This store has not made me fresh food one time. I've given it ten visits now hoping they would get it together but no. I get a half full fries that are cold and over cooked cold chicken. Figure it out over there guys.
