After I waited 10 mins in the line. As soon as I pulled up they told me to pull forward. I said all I ordered was an iced coffee I don’t understand how that takes so long. Stated they needed to keep the line going while he said that I saw my ice coffee finally being made. Asked for a refund. They needed better management bc clearly they looked fully staffed but couldn’t handle making a coffee in 10 mins.

I go here regularly But today I was treated badly by the two of the mangers Bcs I complaine about the peppermint ice coffee I bought this coffee before it was beautifully made and sweet, but when I ordered it from here they made me rubbish and the young guy making it looked confused. I ordered food from this same location 2 to 3 times in a week and you guys have to treat me this way today am never coming back The first picture is the correct coffee while the second one was what they made for me It was bitter and tasteless

I stopped by this Chick-fil-A today and had such a great experience. The man that I assume is the manager took the time to talk with me and ask about my day, he was just as kind and attentive to everyone else walking in. The whole place felt really well run and welcoming. It was a breath of fresh air! Just wanted to give credit where it’s due!! (:

Mismanaged. I hate leaving a negative review because Chick-fil-A is normally excellent, but this location has really slipped lately. I recently ordered multiple Cobb salads and they were ice cold, like they had clearly been sitting in a fridge for a long time. A few days earlier, I ordered a bag of ice inside (not through the drive-thru). I paid, waited a long time, and eventually walked out because it never got resolved.
