I just left location on lunch break. I asked for no cheese. Np customers in lobby and I'm the only one in drive through. I have chees on my crossiant I informed them yesterday when they made it not to pull the cheese off and give to me. Like they did on my last visit. I call them twice no one wants to pick up the phone.

30min wait. Employees didnt show up for work allegedly. I think the manager was just late. Im standing outside the locked door as the managers pulls up and refuses to acknowledge me. Where's my mobile ORDER!!!! They explain i said FIRE THEM!! Employees that cant show up dont deserve a JOB!! Horrible dunkin. Just HORRIBLE!!! 06/19/26

Lacking cream cheese and I ordered a sweet tea because I don’t drink coffee. And the sweet tea taste like coffee Do y’all use coffee for your sweet tea? Can’t drink it. Super nice young lady with long brown hair great smile, though at the window!

This is a convenient location to where I live. Overall the donuts are usually fresh which is a good thing. On my most recent occasion there was nobody manning the front counter so we stood there alone for about 5 minutes before anyone showed up who worked there, but in general, service is generally good here, but there are times when it seems like the staff isn't paying attention.
