This is the highest quality vegan breakfast restaurant in Orange County and perhaps, LA+OC. I got the vegan gluten free pancakes and specifically asked for them to not have dark marks, for health reasons (acrylamide) and that's not easy to do. Not only did the pull it off perfectly, but they didn't give me any fuss. A lot of restaurants use high heat for high volume so they can't even accommodate such requests. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and the food is always excellent. From grabbing a Besito Coffee in the morning to enjoying Chicana Vegana for lunch, every menu item is thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. And don't leave without trying one of their desserts because they are truly incredible. This is truly a place that never misses!
