Drove 30 minutes to pick up (2) 2 dozen boxes for a work event. These include 4 tubs of cream cheese each. After a less than desirable pick up experience (cashier was rude) I got to work to find that NONE of the EIGHT included cream cheeses were in the box, only the 2 I’d paid extra for. I had to run out and buy more. Was not worth it. ETA- reached out to customer care as instructed and have been completely ignored. Waste of time

I liked the food when it was served fresh for dine-in. However, the quality of the pickup order wasn’t as good. I especially noticed that the amount of shmear was extremely small, which made the bagels feel like they were mostly just carbs.👇 Einstein CS team reached out to me and extended refund for the two orders also ensuring to take the feedback for addressing portion issue.

Kristen is a lovely young woman who made my day this morning and went above and beyond her job duties to help me with my food and she was wonderful. It’s not common to go to a place where they’re younger people working and especially at fast food or a food establishment where someone is so dedicated to her work and making the customers happy it is so refreshing and she was absolutely delightful. I’ve been having a bad 2 days and I had to drive to gaithersburg to see the doctor. Staff hooked us up and gave us an extra bagel. It was so nice and it’s the little acts of kindness that mean the most. They worked fast too. Honestly Thank you guys so so much
