Second time coming here in a week. First experience was an hour before close; the food was delicious, Avery was so kind, she helped my friend and I go through the menu. The Strawberry Basil Fresca was wonderful! Came back today, the GM was so friendly, the food great again, and the girl working the pick-up window was so sweet and appreciative of our patience. (Which I felt like there was no real wait.)

Second time at this place. We went to try the chicken sandwich advertised on TV. Well it's nothing like the pics. I did tell the lady there and she said same thing looked very skimpy. The TV and pics show like sliced chicken but this was just very very small little pieces. And very few of those. Maybe 8 little pieces smaller than a penny. The second one they brought was lot better.

All of the breads here seem to be harder than they should be. I was going to try a crescent sandwich as it would be softer, but even though it was advertised and promoted, they didn't have any. The coffee is equivalent to store bought, but at a higher price and if you use sweetener you are very limited to what you can use. Definitely not impressed for the prices that they charge. It seems to be about presentation and not product. How much are you willing to pay just to be seen there?
