It was relatively quiet on my late morning visit, and only a few people were inside and at the drive-through. I was able to quickly order and receive great service and a delicious latte. The staff member who took my order was excellent - both professional and personable. I would definitely recommend this location and will likely stop by again when I am in the area.

3rd time wrong order. This time i had to park and go in after driving through. Also they forgot to put my receipt in the bag. When they "finally found it", I discovered a tip was added without my knowledge. I demaded my tip back and my order corrected. Now I wonder how many times this has happened here because I am usually in a rush driving through. Advice if you cant avoid this DD altogether: Get and check your receipt and order before leaving the drive through window.

Probably the worst bagels I've had in the last year. Bread was hard and not tasty, there was basically no cream cheese on it.

Awkward experience.. haha. I ordered a caramel iced coffee (forgot to say cream and sugar oops) but as I went to the window… it was a black coffee (no biggie). When I worked at a Dunkin’ we were required to always ask the “cream and sugar?” Question so asking for it up front usually slips my mind. Once again, I had absolutely no problem getting it corrected at the window. The lady at the window was so nice!
