Food is usually good but they’ve messed up our mobile order twice in a row now. This time they used a regular multigrain bun instead of GF and I’ll have to throw this away. For context, GF buns don’t have oats on top and come packaged separately. (I attached photos). They’ve also forgotten items multiple times now, like last time they forgot the dessert we ordered. Line is usually a pretty long wait even when it’s short, but mobile ordering sometimes helps with that. Overall not my favorite location.

I love Chick fil-a. But, I'm very disappointed. I ordered the Chargrill club + CJ. Its supposed to come with cheese & bacon. And the tomatoes & lettuce look wilted. I was looking forward to enjoying the club.

Picked up 4 meals through the mobile app and drove all the way home to find a big burnt glob on one of the sandwiches that was ordered. Also three of the drinks were wrong. I attempted to call but nobody would pick up the phone. This is unacceptable. Next time l guess I'll just have to be that person to sit in the drive thru and hold up the line to check every meal ordered, because it's definitely not worth the gas to drive all the way back out there.

I keep forgetting to check my order before i leave the place on my to go orders. Third time in a row that my kids chicken nuggets meal comes with only 7 pieces instead of 8. And second time that not in a raw but get only 10 and other time 11 in a 12 pieces order of chicken nuggets. So only this location they like to steal on orders or money, same thing. Just enough. Not coming back anymore.
