Love getting me a bowl from tropical smoothie. However, this particular day was a promo day. The line was there, but service was fast. Although store looked clean one of the line workers knocked the white cutting board to floor and picked it up and placed it back on counter. Cashier Anna was bubbly.

I always come to tropical smoothie and I get a blueberry bliss and a quesadilla. The best part about the quesadilla is the zesty sauce that comes with it on the side but the last 2 times I came (this location and another one) they gave me salsa (pictured) instead of the zesty sauce. When I asked about it they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. I can’t be the only one who noticed the change recently with the sauces. It’s honestly just not good like this

Tropical Smoothie on Eagle Way is one of my favorite places to visit, and it is because of one of the gentlemen who works the register. I’ve met so many people before, but no one as nice as him. No matter how busy the place gets and who walks through the door he is the most polite person I’ve met. You honestly can’t beat his hospitality and it makes each visit worth it. My first time at this place and I was impressed. Clean environment and nice staff. The line wasnt long and management seemed cheerful.
