The man who took our order definitely didn't like his job or at least that night. My husband and I got food here at about 1am and our food was cold and one of the hash browns was normal while the other came in a pouch with about 1/4 of the pouch filled with grease, no exaggeration. It was nasty! The man who took our order didn't smile and seemed annoyed which I could understand if you were closing soon but your open 24 hours! Unfortunately we won't be back

Stopped at this Jack in the Box for some tacos. It was the first place I came to today and im glad i did. The customer service here was upto par! The workers were curteous up beat and also generous with the ranch, salsa and hot sauce. I ordered 24 tacos and 3 drinks to share. My order was done in under 10 minutes and tasted great also wasn't overly greasy. The atmosphere was very nice. Very calm even with all the customers that were inside and dinging in the drive-thru it was also comfortably cool inside, which I was so thankful for since it was 110 today. I'm so happy I was asked by this love

Love that I spend over $40.00 on a delivery here to be told I can only have 6 secret sauce packs for a family meal bundle. Especially when I have to call the store 3 times before anyone wants to actually pick up the phone..girl on the phone just sounded irritated. Love the customer service here every time..

Going through drive-thru they're kind of rude I am when you order a burger it doesn't taste fresh when you ask for a specific way they never do it the right way and it's really kind of sad.. I used to do their secret shops for them kind of wish I still did it so that way I could report this back to corporate office. No thank you I'll go where the restaurant has better service and food
