I just wanted to say, I moved back in Az in 2022 & that’s where I discovered this Gem. I consistently go to The Gilbet House-for breakfast for every celebration and milestones. I come here for breakfast dates, anniversary’s, celebrations & and even on bad days. Point is- this has become one of our go to place for great service, home cooked meals, great coffee & filled with great experiences. Good & bad days they make your day a little more special! My biggest complaint would be that prices are ridiculous for the amount of food you get. My pulled pork sandwich was very plain and sat on a regular hamburger bun and seeing that it cost $15 I thought it would have been more. Yes a few frys were thrown on the plate to call it a meal. I will not be back it's crazy how expensive it was and for the amount you get no way. For my boyfriend and I it cost us $60. My boyfriend got a pineapple burger which he liked and said was good. We also had a strawberry mimosa which I don't know why they call it a mimosa if it's not mixed with anything. You can't

One of the best breakfast spots in Gilbert and always worth the visit. They offer a dog-friendly patio plus indoor seating. The inside space is a bit smaller, so it can get loud during busy hours. Just a heads-up: they don’t take weekend reservations, so plan ahead. We’ve gone early, arriving between 7–8 AM each time, and have had no trouble getting seated, but it definitely gets busier as the morning goes on. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Recently we tried the half stack of French toast and the apple pancakes—both were delicious. And whatever you do, don’t skip the cinn
