Order wrong twice after paying twice. 🙈 I ordered the King Bowl, a taco style salad and they gave me a wrap in the drive through.🌮 I went back and ordered the King Bowl a second time, payed for it a second time, because I didn’t keep the receipt, and then received a bowl with 3 ingredients and no lettuce. 🥗 Take care. First off, the customer service experience was not great. I waited about 20 minutes before anyone came to take my order. I understand that businesses can get busy, but the wait felt excessive with no communication from staff. What concerned me most was that my food was dropped and then simply repackaged before being given to me. This was unprofessional and raised serious concerns about food safety and quality. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I expected much better service and handling of food

This is the place you should go if you want rude service and high prices. Every time I come in here things are incredibly more expensive, but this time it came with a server who seemed incredibly bothered that she had to come out of the back to take my order. Not sure why the girl with the red hair was so upset that I wanted a burrito, but she definitely let me know her opinion about it. On top of it all, the seat on the toilet is so broken you couldn't even sit on it. This does not seem like a restaurant that cares.
