My order took an hour and 46 minutes to be prepared. After receiving the notification that my food was ready, I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes in the drive-thru line. ​The food itself was incredibly disappointing. I ordered the $12 plate with orange chicken and eggplant tofu. What I received was mostly cold, raw vegetables, including uncooked broccoli and bell peppers. The "eggplant tofu" dish contained only one small piece of tofu and a couple of slivers of eggplant, buried under a pile of raw peppers. While the orange chicken had decent flavor, most of it was just fried breading

Really disappointed with my experience at Panda Express. I was charged for a Bigger Plate, but the portions were skimpy and absolutely not worth what I paid. On top of that, my order wasn’t even made correctly. If you’re thinking about going through the drive-thru, don’t! just go inside, because clearly accuracy and portion sizes aren’t a priority there. If I’m paying extra, I expect the food and service to match the price. This felt sloppy, overpriced, and careless. Definitely not the quality or attention to detail I expected. Wouldn’t spend another dime there!

When I got food for me and my dad I got a Notification about 5minutes down the road from them saying that my order is ready. When I get to the store, my order was not ready and apparently they kicked it off the screen or something like that so I had to wait an extra five minutes and I checked the food and everything of what I know is mine and it had fried rice instead of white rice and I told them about that the orange chicken and the plate was good and everything after I got the rest of the food for my family from the other locations. So I came in and got the Big plate to go. The noddles and shrimp where some on the most rubbery stuff like they had been sitting they long past when one would have been able to eat them . The service was only okay. And when I got my food home ( minutes from this location) and discovered that my food was a HUGE waste of my money and time , I tried to call but no one picked up. Ive been to this location many times with great service and very yummy food. But this time you WAY missed the mark. I would have r liked to have come up and gotten a fresh order remain but since no one would answer it did
