So I have been going to this location since it’s around the corner from my job. I have been noticing that on my receipt, there is a charge called “charged tips.” I have been charged several times WITHOUT my permission. So I finally went back today and spoke to the “manager” and of course he says it’s a “mistake!” Not if it keeps continuing it isn’t a mistake. That’s STEALING from customers. All those added tips, add up, don’t care if it’s a penny. Do not go thru the drive thru, that’s where it mostly happens cause they have a rush and they think customers won’t notice but sure enough, I did no

I had a little time before my doctor's appointment, so tried the donut holes and a Lada Colada. The young lady that was making it was unfamiliar with thw process so it took longer than I anticipated. The Colada taste like I was drinking sweetened condensed milk with a swirl of strawberry. It's been a while since I've been to DD, the last time I was at a DD I was very disappointed, that was my reason for not going in years! Here we are again and this drink was definitely not the drink for me!

Stopped in for a quick latte that was not quick. Waited 10 minutes to even be looked at while the 2 workers only attended to the drive-thru which was only 2 cars to begin with. Was told that they "couldn't" do my latte in a hot version only cold which was completely not true because I've gotten it hot from other Dunkins. Lastly, the unisex bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Urine all over the floors, poop in toilets and they smelled like a zoo. Appeared to not have been cleaned in weeks. I will pass by this Dunkin every time going forward.
