I'm here revising my review of this location. Previously, I'd written a negative 2 star review because BK, over a 4 month stretch, struggled to get my neurodivergent child's order correct. And if you're the parent of a child with incredibly particular eating patterns and behaviors, you understand this struggle. An incorrect order can ruin an evening. 😅 I still stand by the fact that 60% of the time the fries were missing, 7/10 burgers were sauced improperly. And, ordering through the app, the bags are taped up, so it's just extra to bust open everything while in line, and I really shouldn't

This was the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I used the mobile app to order, arrived 10 minutes after it was time to pick up, and it was another 40 minutes before my food was ready. All the order was made separately for some reason. I watched as the places food in my bags then let it sit for 40 minutes, then add apple pies. Then another 5 minutes later they add onion rings. The only thing warm in my bag when I got home was the onion rings. Everything else was cold and the fries were soggy and disgusting. I came to the counter multiple times just to have employees look at me and walk

This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to in my life they have messed up my food two days in a row I called spoke to management she was very rude hung up in my face and I will never spend my money with them again.

5/21 9:20 a.m. came through the drive thru. Was handed back the wrong amount of change. Lid was off the drink and spilled all onto me and into my car. Then the drive thru cashier tried to hand me someone's else's debit card. Management needs to do better on training.
