Went through the drive through waited probably 5ish minutes till they took are order. lady at the window was rude and and didn't really talk at all! Drinks are good , the food on the other hand was horrible, my moms donut looked terrible. Bad service 1 star.

I walked up to the counter and waited. Finally a young person walked over and gave me the blank stare. No greeting. No asking what I would like. I start to order and again get the blank stare. Finally what I believe was the manager comes over and helps complete the order. I ordered a Butter Pecan Machiatto with sugar and cream for my wife, and when I got back to her it ended up being not right at all. Fist and last time going to this Dunkin.

4 people working and not one person turned around to acknowledge myself or my family when we walked in! Ordered on the kiosk and waited and waited. 2 other customers came in they waited a few minutes then were taken care of - AND WE WERE STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGING!!!! Had to go to the counter to ask for my order and the status since we did not order drinks! And to tell them to have better customer service since they CHOSE to work in a customer service job. The girl with the fake eyelashes replied with an attitude and DID NOT HELP ME WITH MY ORDER ANYWAY AND JUST KEPT TALKING BACK! anyway 1 employ

It took forever for ONE sandwich only being 3 cars there that were behind us, but the girl that then brought the food out had an attitude or something because the look on her her when giving us our food was not a greeting face. I don’t pay businesses my hard earned money just to be treated as such. Do better!
