This Taco Bell has always had a problem with rude workers but today at 5:30 was by far the worst. The lady with the reddish pink hair was very rude when talking to us through the microphone. The inside dining was closed due to a water leak which we had no way of knowing before hand so we placed two different mobile orders. We explained to her that we had two orders and she said one order per car. I tried to say well we placed for inside beforehand but you guys arnt open. She said it doesn’t matter one order per car in the rudest tone. She said we will have to pull back around for the second or

6pm on a saturday.I am the only person in the restaurant eating one car in the drive thru. Every table has food smeared across it. The pop machine is disgusting. The sauce station needs a wipe down. And then they didnt even make my order right. No lettuce extra meat extra cheese add tomato, no tomato 🤦‍♀. When I told the employee at the counter they needed clean the lobby up so people could eat she looked at me like I had 2 heads. Hopefully they do better next time.

We live a hour away, by the time I got home and started eating I realized they forgot to put, well everything on our crunch wraps. 😞 At 30w pregnant I was more sad then anything.

I’ve never experienced customer service this good at a Taco Bell before. Everyone was so nice. The portions were insane. Love this place so much.
