Very short staffed.. out of ingredients. Spoiled ingredients. Waited over 1 hr for an order. Got the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and the whipped cream was spoiled. Ran out of the refreshers. Ran out of steak. Pancakes were off. The workers are stressed and always taking breaks. Shut this location down completely or at least until it is staffed. It's a health hazard. Food not cooked completely. Orders all put together badly

Ordered on line at 9ish didn’t get food till 11:12. Rude disorderly. No common courtesy. Just looks and huddled in a corner. The helpers were all in the back then ran out once they shift was done. Mouth were very filthy. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to Jo one!

Try out the new place with my family. The restuarant hostess was generous and guide us to our seats. As the lady was cool enough to lend out the menus on the table before she left. Although oddly it doesn't take 15 minutes for customers to know what appetizers to get off the menu. Usually the staffs will interact with the customers a few minutes later, and ask what drinks or appetizers to order. It is quite weird that the staffs are more worried about cleanliness than taking a customers order. Ironically, we weren't the only customers waiting on their appetizer orders. Good tunes playing as we walked in to be greeted with a smile and seated immediately. Our server came directly over and got our drink order. We weren’t sure what we wanted to eat and he didn’t disappear for 10 minutes like happens so often at other restaurants. He was back quickly and we were all set up with the food that was obviously prepared with care. What a great meal! I had not been to an IHOP in a while, but this one made me a believer again. Great management directing great staff. Quality seems to be the culture at this IHOP and it’s just a quick swerve off US71/I49.
