I used to enjoy this subway but unfortunately they are under new management. The new child manager is that super rude employee from the Blue Ridge Subway. The (of course) had no bread, no meat, nothing for me they just sent me out the door. This is 2 in the afternoon, mind you. There was rap music blaring with curse words. Despicable

Very nice location and lady working. Glad the location was open, got foot longs for dinner. Update 5.4.2026 Had a couple of foot longs, very good. We went late, no problem.

Ordered through the mobile app. Took advantage of a BOGO promo. Went to pick it up, and they had only made one of the two sandwiches that I ordered. Claimed that they were out of that option. Didn't offer a substitute or any other compensation. I won't be back, to this or any other Subway.

Can't follow simple comments. When you say something they are rude and stand there like they can't understand English. Also didn't heat cheese with bacon because autocorrect put hear instead of heat. Oh wait they actually just didn't read that till I called them on not wrapping them separately
