Visited the Taco Bell located in grandview off of main st. Supreme taco was missing tomatoes. Not a huge deal except that’s literally the only difference between a regular taco and the supreme other than the sour cream. When I visited the establishment the next day (literally) and told them about the mistake they offered me a measly Sorry and when asked if there was something that could be done he/she again hit me with a no I’m sorry. Which is absolutely INSANE! How do you mess up an order and then not offer any way to fix or rectify the issue. A taco? A freeze!? A coupon? Anything to make up

Lack of attention by staff, ordered my drink no ice. I had to remind them at the drive thru window how to read my order since my drink had ice in it. Lack of competence by management, ordered an Enchirito, ( enchilada covered in red sauce - not finger food) luckily I double checked my bag (no napkins, no utensils)I asked for a fork. He said they had none, I asked for a spoon, they had none, I asked how they expected me to eat my Enchirito, he said there’s a convenience store down the street they probably have one. Got a refund. I guess I’ll go to the Martin city Taco Bell from now on.

4:30 today not real busy. Stood at the register while all of the employees just looked at me like I was stupid or something. The lady who kept looking at me took more than 9 drive thru orders and never once acknowledged me As a Grandview business owner I like to keep my money in Grandview however I will drive to state line for my Taco Bell from now on

We went through the drive through and the guy took our order quickly and the food provided matched exactly what we ordered - we had quite a few custom orders as well. Food was fresh (we went at 12:15 pm) and we left satisfied.
