A Culinary Gem at Cole’s Dockside! I recently had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at Cole’s Dockside and had to share! The seafood paella was an absolute revelation—rich, flavorful, and packed with perfectly cooked seafood. If you’re a paella fan, you have to try theirs! We also ordered the fresh-caught halibut, which was equally impressive: incredibly tender, flaky, and so clearly fresh. Each bite was a delight. What a great time we had celebrating my wife's birthday! Getting greeted as soon as we walked in was such a welcoming feeling. Our server Amber treated us with utmost respect and was very attentive to our requests. Even though we had a party of 23, Amber and her team provided excellent service. Our drinks never ran out, our dishes was super hot and our laughs never dulled down!
