I visited location last night. They look short staff. They were very kind. A girl with light hair took order. She was sweet kind and apologized for wait after food arrived quick. No wait needed. Other staff friendly nice kind too. Will be back soon.

I wanted to leave a review for Carmen in customer service at Arby’s because she was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely makes customers feel welcomed, but Carmen definitely does. Her positive attitude and great customer service made my experience much better, and I really appreciate her hard work. Arby’s is lucky to have someone like her on their team!

A couple years ago we went to this place and the food didn't taste too good and the service wasn't good either, just recently we've tried this place again, and they are doing a hell of a job. The food tastes like it has quality, and portion sizes are generous. The service is also impeccable. The staff are nice and friendly and have no problem getting you what you need.

I waited 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me entering the building. Then my food took over 15 minutes for a soggy reuban and cold curly fries. The fries were more like shrapnel. Scraps from the fryer. Maybe 2 pieces of actual potato in my extra large. I have had good Arby's before. This location is a disgrace to their name and lowers my expectations for any future visit. I recommend they close down to prevent further damage to their reputation.
