One of my most recent visits, the employees went out of their way to help educate and provide resources to another customer who had issues with an allergy attack recently. Followup visits have provided a pretty similar experience. Drinks are really cheap too. My only real complaint would be the headache of parking arrangements, but that's outside the control of staff/owner.

First review, 2023: First time here and having a great time. The have an amazing tea selection that is reasonably priced. I love their upstairs lounge and they even made me a decaf coffee latte also with a mushroom chaga in it- i love the healthy options they have, and the fact they sell local bakery goods amazing tea accessories.

The stuff on display is unique and sets the vibe of the place. I tried their herbs and boosters ‘Siberian Ginseng’ it was great and ‘masala chai’ with oat milk and no sweetener and let me tell you, each sip reminded me of my home, my mom’s made masala chai. The staff is courteous and polite. They have endless options. 10/10 would come here again and often to be precise
