It's decent pizza for the price, but the staff have gotten steadily worse at their jobs over time. I ordered a simple "Hot and Ready" cheese at the window, the cashier takes my money, hands me one of those pager things, and tells me to wait in the parking lot for 15 minutes for something that's supposed to be ready to go after you pay for it. Why not just be up front? Edit: 30 minutes later, I have a cold pizza because they forgot to use the beeper they gave me.

I need someone here to help me understand why I waited 20 minutes in a long line just to be told it would take 30 minutes to make a pizza. Nothing was hot and ready. I’m not sure if yall realize it’s a Pizza Hut a foot away that’ll take 20 minutes for pizza that’s not advertised as hot and ready. For a Saturday night there should be all varieties of pizza ready to give out. I went across the street. Very disappointed

I got there about 930 and asked if they had anything ready as I know they close at 10 and WILL NOT make anything fresh or anything other than what they have ready. So I got one crazy bread and one pepperoni pizza. They asked if I wanted them to put the butter and parm on pizza to make it crazy crust I said sure. Pizza was cold. Had astronomical amounts of huge butter globs everywhere and barely any parm. There was more butter than anything else. The crazy bread had zero parm on it and the sauce cup was about halfway full. Called in pizza. Was told would be 25 minutes. Arrived and was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. No problem. Others had been there 45 minutes. As I came in there was a gentleman who ordered after I got there. I waited and about 45 minutes later the guy who ordered after I got there got his and left. I went back up and asked about my pizza. They had no idea about it. About 10 minutes later they found it in the hot box. They gave it tome without an apology or anything. They were .ore worried about door dash and Uber deliveries than the customers in the store. Finally got the pizza which
