you go through the drive-through and you ask for lettuce to be added to your fish sandwich you get home there’s no lettuce and they also took off the tartar sauce. It would be nice. Maybe if someone would be trained what a joke it’s ridiculous. She paid 30 bucks for two fish sandwiches and a few fries and a couple drinks and it’s nowhere near what you ordered. Better luck next time. I guess pray y’all have a blessed day.

Terrible customer service. I was confused about the price I paid for a breakfast and simply wanted to ask a question in a calm and respectful manner. From the very start, the employee displayed an annoyed attitude; she eventually became agitated and started shouting at me, even though I never once raised my voice. As a customer, one expects to receive polite and professional treatment, especially when merely trying to understand a charge. A very disappointing experience.

I don’t know who works at the drive thru speaker but she constantly interrupts us, she talks to other people while we are giving our order, she corrects people too. for example if I said I wanted to get a cheeseburger plain with only… she would say “so you don’t want plain then”. this has been a consistent issue that’s gone on for at least weeks at this point. and despite how many times we can repeat our order she gets it wrong every single time. I can order a plain cheeseburger with medium fries and she’ll still find a way to get the order wrong. I love this location because the other staff

It's 47° outside and they've got the A/C blowing full blast. Again. Coffee ruined within a few minutes. Again. Wassup with the freezing public EATING areas in all the McDonald's around here. The two stars are for some super nice peeps here.
