This is not the same person writing multiple reviews. Different members of our group are sharing their own experiences. No manager came to our table, so please do not claim otherwise. The service was extremely poor. I was looking for chairs myself and carrying things because staff were nowhere to be found. If you don’t want a bad experience and a ruined evening, I would suggest going somewhere else. (Update: I am updating this review because the manager’s response contains inaccurate information about our visit and does not reflect what actually happened at our table.) Very disappointing ex

I am a loyal customer of this Gresham Sushiville for 2 decades. My kids love this place so much. I don’t mind coming here since kids wanted to. Today we went in for my oldest birthday. We came in with 3 kids and 2 adults. The foods are fine but I’m here to give a feedback about the TIPPING and the fact that the waiter DIDN'T INFORM us about the 15% auto gratuity fee were already added to the bill and what are the itemized of the bill. The waiter asked me if I want to put in my phone number for points.. so I did and Tipping is always my thing so I tipped 20% without knowing there was already 15

A fun sushi train and menu is available. Everything tasted fresh. This place was excellent. The options are great. The service was awesome, plenty of seating, and she was very polite and attentive. The dessert menu is Exciting. I got donuts after sushi, heaven. The only thing I'd change is ordering a deep fried California roll. It was not good for my taste buds like warm.

This is my boyfriend and I’s go to sushi place. The servers are always very friendly and accommodating when we come in even when it’s super busy. Plus the sushi is great every time. We love the creative new additions to the menu recently.
