Upon arrival, customers were instructed to place orders using the kiosk, as the front register was not in use. After placing my order, I approached the pickup area and picked up a drink that appeared to match my order. A staff member, who I believe was a manager, immediately responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. She pointed abruptly to signage labeled “mobile/delivery,” rolled her eyes, and spoke to me as though I was incompetent. I ordered a combo meal that came with a crunchy taco. I asked to upgrade the taco to a taco supreme. I paid the upcharge, and then I got the regular taco anyway. They can't follow basic instructions.

Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. I’m not one to leave negative reviews until it’s been ridiculous enough to deserve it - and this location has gotten progressively worse. When I told them at the window my items were missing, they proceeded to take my bag and then tell me that there was no issue and that my order was correct. I asked them to do a double check because I had a kid in the car and did not want to have to come around through the drive-through again or go park and get out for my corrected items since I was bringing it to their attention in the mome

Went here and had the absolute worst experience here I have never dealt with such horrible customer service”manager” screaming from the back of line. The machine does not instruct where to pickup she walked away under her breath cursing in Spanish and walked away . I calmly asked for her name and no one in the back of the line would allow us to have her name. Little boy in back took his phone out and started recording
