I was very unhappy with my experience at this chick fil a. I oreder the same thing every day at chick fil. The person taking my order was very rude and couldn't complete my order properly. I asked kids 5 count nugget only. He said they could not do that but I get that all the time. He charged me for a kids meal instead. I asked for a cup of ice water because I do not want Dasani bottle water. He charged me for a bottle water instead and still gave me a bottle water. He was very rude about it as well. I expect this type of service at McDonalds. I would never expect this type of service from ch

A saw a lack of concern when I told them I asked for no tomatoes and instead the person rung up more tomatoes. I didn’t need the $.70 back but the two people at the counter only wanted to feel better themselves about making a mistake. They are correct. It is not the mistake but the lack of concern for the error and no concern for the waste of food. Also we got here at 8:45 and were told it was going to get noisy at 9 because they were closing. My comment to that was are you telling me we should not have come in!

It was a pleasant experience where I got a delicious chicken sandwich and crispy soft fries. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the buns soft and fresh. The service is fast and friendly, and they greet you with a smile. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and they have a great play area for kids.

This young lady named Kayla that was on register had an attitude for taking my order while I had a smile on my face. At first she refused to take my order until the manager, Sydney told her to take my order. I have never experienced this at Chick-fil-A before.
