Came here for the first time. I picked today Friday before Easter cause I knew they were probably not going to be busy. And I’m glad I did. The server Arianna was very nice and friendly and attentive. She took very good care of us. It was also nice that the manager checked on us. My ribeye was delicious. My husband got the country fried steak and son got the county fried chicken they both loved it. Now if we could only bring a TRH to Kenner that would be great. Please and thank you. 🥰

Normally I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants, but this specific Texas Roadhouse in Harvey did not disappoint at all! My mom and I came in on a busy Sunday afternoon and got in around 10 minutes (we signed up on the waitlist before we drove there). The inside vibe was your standard Texas Roadhouse style, but it still looked clean and nice. Our server Harry was also nice and patient with us. He answered all of our questions with no hesitation. We had a table of 9 we did make a reservation***** For like 6:30 And still waited almost an hour to be seated we didn’t sit until 7:20, but our waitress was excellent. She definitely made her money out of us, If we had more she would have had more lol, she was running circles around with a smile on her face, her name was Addison, table number 231, we was there till about 9pm food was good and margarita was good too, she even took our pictures, Thank you Addison for our excellent service. 🫶

Had a bad experience. Bad enough we had a 2 hour wait that was supposed to be only an hour but hey it’s normally busy on weekends so we understood. The first problem was when they called us in only to tell us that it was a mix up and that we can either grab something to drink from the bar while they give us free peanuts or go back outside and continue to wait. We went outside to wait literally 2 hours. Once we got called back in to be seated and started to order our appetizers, that’s where the second problem came in at. They brought me and my friend cold buffalo chicken wings, we sent them b
