If you like your buns warm and your food cold Bob Evans is the place to be and if you like your appetizers with your food Bob Evans is the place to be if you want service make sure you're loud. And when we arrived there was like four people in the store one of the workers with standing behind us cussing on her phone. The women's bathroom was a mess but the men's was good

I had such a wonderful experience dining here! The food was great, but what truly made the night stand out was our server, Char. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we sat down. Char checked on us often, had amazing menu recommendations, and kept such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to find service that genuinely elevates the whole dining experience, but she absolutely did. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we hope to have Char again next time!

I called in and order sausage gravy to go. When picking up the bag I didn’t notice they have brown gravy inside. I got home when I notcied and called back to see if I could exchange it. The gentleman on the phone said yes bring it in and they can swap it out. After going back to the store they then told me They CANNOT swap it out and made me buy another family size sausage gravy. We eat there often and service and food is normal good but come on bob even’s you gotta do better for customers.

I went to the Bob Evans in Grove City, Ohio because I did not get served the local IHop location. I actually left IHop and went to Bob Evans because of a great service experience I had with Michelle, my server on a previous visit. She is excellent at giving fast personalized attention to her customers. I want her to know how much I appreciate her service ethic and friendliness. If you want to experience what customer service should be like ask for Michelle when you visit this Bob Evans location.
