This is one of our favorite diners to visit when up in NJ. Although it doesn't have the typical 10 pages of options, they cover the basics very well and do have a great selection. If you want hot coffee, an excellent burger with disco fries, or pancakes/waffles/eggs, this is your place. They also do fresh squeezed OJ, and some other healthier drinks, which is a great addition. Only negative is if you get a Taylor Ham on a Kaiser, the TH is sliced too thin and you only get enough meat for half of that roll. Great stuff otherwise.

I parked in this lot because there was absolutely no signage anywhere stating that parking was reserved exclusively for the restaurant. No signs, no markings, nothing indicating any parking restrictions whatsoever. As I was walking away from my car with my baby in my arms, an employee came outside and aggressively told me I needed to move my vehicle immediately because the lot was “for the pizzeria only.” What made the interaction even worse was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Their website had lunch menu up and when I called to order the guy who picked up the phone said the menu was wrong but he would honor it price wise. I had asked for the right menu he said don’t worry I’ll make it for you… so it gets to me and it’s almost $20 instead of their $13 lunch special: I called and he’s like oh no it’s cause it was our dinner menu. Now mind you I order from then almost every day, something twice a day from my job. Their customer service has taken a horrible nose dive! Not to mention outrageous prices to begin with. Expensive for a diner. The food is decent but they are cheap and won't let you substitute anything and every little add on costs $$$$. The lady that answers the phone and takes orders is not that friendly. They don't really care about getting business and making customers happy.
