I wanted to share feedback regarding an extremely disappointing experience I had at your drive-thru today while visiting with my three children in the car. I ordered a bacon and cheese croissant sandwich, however the order was initially made incorrectly on a plain bagel instead of the croissant I requested. While mistakes certainly happen, the experience became increasingly frustrating after the sandwich was remade. The replacement sandwich was served with cheese that was completely cold and unmelted. I politely asked if it could simply be warmed a bit more so the cheese would melt properly.

I literally sat in the drive through for 30 min. This has got to be the absolute slowest Dunkin at no fault of the people who work there! There never seems to be more than one or 2 people working. I have even tried ordering ahead on the app and it’s never ready when I get there and I still have to wait 15-20 min. The workers are miserable and often rude but I can’t blame them, they probably are miserable!!! 😞

This place is awful and there’s always a long wait with no customers , food comes out cold or burnt black . Every time I go through the drive thru you can smell pot . Last time I went through and could smell it and went to drive up after placing my order and one of the employees was sitting in the steps outside the back door smoking a joint right next to the drive through land . I was in my car looking on my phone and taking a pic of myself and my kid who just came home from college two days before . The employee walked back into the store and then came outside and stormed up to my car window
