D R★Amazing to see another Dunkin fail so miserably. I remember when Maria was running the show everything was fantastic. New management must not care at all. Made eye contact with the server as he messed up my order and ended up serving me a half-nitro half cold brew, threw it on the counter and left without a word. Not even half full. Absolutely terrible.
Ibraheem Aziz★I ordered a large hot Dunkalatte and the cup was mostly foam with very little actual coffee. If customers are paying for a large drink, they should receive a full drink — not a cup filled with foam This is the last time I’ll be coming to this location
Julia Morse★BURNT COFFEE…I drink black iced coffees and I couldn’t even stomach theirs. IF YOUR COFFEE TASTES OFF THATS WHY. Also….i ordered a chocolate chip muffin and they gave me a blueberry muffin, thank goodness I don’t have a blueberry allergy. IF YOURE OUT OF THE CHOCOLATE CHIP JUST SAY SO. I never go to this Dunkin’s and I’m never going again!
David Alvarez★I think they need more staff to get orders out faster. I ordered before leaving work and waited over 18 minutes. I only got my coffee and left my sandwich. I think 18 minutes is plenty of time for a sandwich.
