If you want good fresh fries and not old fries that’s hard to chew. Go to a different place. Fries are hard and old not fresh at all and cold. A good manager would know to manage the store better for better quality food 02/7/2026 7pm

The female staff member working the drive thru window on 3/23 at 11:45 AM shoved my order in my face without so much as a word and shut the window. I issued a complaint to the manager, Marco. I've worked in fast food and customer service for a very long time. This behavior is unacceptable and beyond customer service training. This woman has no respect for customers. I will not be returning to this location.

I usually don’t complain. I went there on 11/2/20 around 9:00pm. I ordered a Whopper with Cheese heavy all with NO tomatoes. I informed twice and when the young man handed me my order. Well I get home and my sandwich is loaded with tomatoes. I noticed on the wrapping that it was crossed out no tomatoes. Ok they made a mistake which could have cost my husband life. I called asked to speak to the manager. He stated he was the manager. I asked his name and he refused to give me his name. He told me I didn’t need his name. He hung up the phone. Don’t go here ever… I have issues every time I go whether I’m using the app or not, they always get my order wrong as well. This is the closest location to me but I won’t be going back
