Had an experience that just really turned me off from Chuck E Cheese, probably forever, though I've gone there my whole life and have been taking my kids for 15 years. Took my 6yo there for his birthday. He's so in love with Chuck E, wants to be Chuck E when he grows up😊 No, I didn't plan a party, but was willing to pay for one or whatever I could. I don't really understand why I couldn't pay for absolutely anything for a birthday kid even though they're totally fine with you bringing a party in. Can't pay for a package, can't use the discounted pricing, can't pay for time in the ticket booth

My and family experience at chucky cheese was awful. We got the ultimate party package. Which came with came with two hours for the kids unlimited free Play. So we received the cards. On the back of play card was an option to pause play. Which I thought was a great feature. Si I told the kids go play as they wait for they're food. When I went to recieve further information, I was told you can pause play at the ticket machine, she continued explaining that the feature doesn't work for this event. We had a birthday party for a special girl that turned 3yrs old. Our experience was great. The children had a great time. They weren't bored. The pizza was great. Our host, Bella, was on point, she never missed a beat. She was pleasant and very attentive and she kept a great flow. No complaints and would recommend it.
