We went through the drive-through a couple of nights ago to get my wife dinner after a long flight. The times I have visited before, the food has been very good and in this case, the food was also very good. The problem lies in the service. The young man working the drive-through didn’t say one word to us upon handing us our food and had a scowl on his face the entire time. The food is great, but the service is horrible.

This is the third consecutive time I have come here and gotten food and it sucked. The service here has gone downhill and the prices have gone up. I am not going to pay $15 for the wrong order and a frostie with next to no mix ins that I asked for. I could have just picked up a pint at the store of cookie dough ice cream and made a burger at home for half of that. Never coming back here. I rarely do this with fast food places but good lord has this place gone downhill.

I went to this location today for lunch & they were extremely slow. I went inside the dining room to order my lunch. The drive through was backed up and it took me 20 minutes to get my food. I watched folks walk in after me getting their order first. I did not say anything until I watched one of their employees come from behind the counter and place an order and she got her food before me. I asked what was the hold up just to get some lame excuse about the individual working the back was doing both dining room and drive through.

Never experienced a chain restaurant so consistently out of stock of menu items. Multiple visits over the course of a year that they were out of…soda. How? Otherwise, I mean, it’s a Wendy’s. Fine I guess?
