No heavy oil taste just clean, flavored sauce. I had the Lamb shank risotto in a dark brown sauce garnished with Cranberry sauce and a tasty Mustard. No disappointment here... The flavors blended so well. You can see they love what they do. My 1st time eating at an Albanian restaurant was a HIT! Please give them a try, off the beaten path but worth the trip.
