I wouldn’t say we were regulars, but every once in a while, we used to stop by Taco Bell for a quick meal, especially when on the road. It’s been some time since we’ve last went, and I must say that we were very disappointed with our visit on Monday late afternoon. I acknowledge that all restaurants, including fast food places, must deal with rising prices, and unfortunately as prices go up, serving sizes seem to go down. We were shocked at how much Taco Bell has changed and really feel at this point; it is not good value for your money. Plus, outstanding customer service can go a long way

The photo speaks for itself but we ordered some nacho fries and we got 3 tacos. Honestly this was a blessing. Thank you Taco Bell. Didn’t get my order but I got a real dinner.

We went in for a nice Sunday lunch. We get greeted by zero humans and 3 kiosks. After 10 minutes of getting frustrated and my husband walking out, I asked for my order to be taken by a human. They acted as if this was a problem. They finally get logged in and I find out that many of the combos are now a la cart items (aka,more expensive). I walked out. My time and money are valuable. Clean restaurant with no unpleasant smell that I have experienced at other Taco Bell locations. They got the order correct, which is also better than other restaurants I have been to recently. Food was still hot when I got it home.
