I visited this place based on its perfect 5.0 rating, but it was a huge disappointment. Terrible Customer Service: When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty. We had to call out "Hello" 5 to 6 times just to get noticed. A male employee finally walked out from the back, visibly scowling and annoyed. The service didn’t improve from there. Even though we were still eating and the restaurant wasn't busy at all (only two other tables filled up later), they kept rushing us. My GF and I were in the Harrison area and decided to check out Don Chuy's Tako after hearing great things about it from a friend that lives in the area. And let me tell you... it did not disappoint. We were greeted by the owner who was a super nice guy and grabbed a seat. The menu is full of delicious options and simple to read. The food is great. The service is awesome. The staff friendly. The restaurant is nice and clean. We tried the Carne Asada the steak tacos with the rice and beans and chips with guacamole. The tacos came with a tomatillo sauce. That was excellent. The tacos were packed meat and topped with pico de gallo again everything was excellent. We ended up bringing home some pico and chips.
