Gave me exceptional service right before close. Overwhelming amount of fries and more sauce packets than I could handle. Just don’t see this level of passion anymore from fast food employees . Excellent service here. Would visit again.

I came into this establishment today with my girlfriend and I was appalled. I ordered my food and drink and sat in the lobby to wait. As Im sitting in the lobby I proceeded to look around to see dirty tables, trash on the floors, trash semi full. Also while waiting I was informed that they were out of apple turnovers at 1pm. You would think for the lunch rush they would have a good amount available. Specially with a coupon deal they have going on. I was very upset by how bad the restaurant has gone down hill since the new GM took over. I was the assistant under the last GM and we were a flagsh

Employees were very attentive and welcoming. Dining area was clean and music was pretty poppin'. Got the steak nugget sandwich and it was the dryest thing. Boardering on beef jerky nuggets. Curly fries were obviously great, especially with the Arby's sauce. For those who are also confused about what the Jamocha shake is, apparently it stands for Java Mocha, which seems a little redundant if you ask me. Was pretty good though, and had a boatload of whipped cream on top!

I personally do not eat at Arby's. However, I Doordash. And what I saw and experienced today was unacceptable. After waiting several minutes for an employee to even make eye contact with me, I still waited another 10 minutes for this customer's Dash. I watched them take food out of other orders that were sitting in a window, put them in a fresh bag, and hand it off to me. I said something to the girl that handed me the order - her response was "If you want to do something about it, we're hiring." Bruh. Unacceptable. Beyond the pale. Don't eat here, don't Dash here. It's not fair to customers t
