Stupidest DQ in America! Ordered my food and sat and waited for 15 minutes . I had to call them to see where my food was while I was in the drive thru. Kid answered and said “oh…its coming out now.” Buddy, get your bosses to train you guys on communication skills. If want service from stupid employees, this is the place for you. I would drive across town to the other DQ.

Awful customer service. Employee set our blizzard on the counter and the entire cup had ice cream all over it. Not one spot on the cup was clean. I asked for it to be put in another cup. He rolls his eyes and literally slams an empty cup down on the counter. Okay I still didn't want to get all sticky and nasty for something they shouldn't have sent out like they did.

I would have to say that I really love DQ and eveytime we take a trip to the south. On our way back we always make sure to stop by here since we have none in New York no more. Always get the banana split or the blizzard.

This Dq really sucks. Staff is terrible and so is the food. I didn’t deal with no mangement but the staff and food spoke for them. 0 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
