The employees are too busy playing they have nonreal management.. It took 3 times to get my order right.. But finally.. 40 minutes later.. ...I received my food #7.. There was more bread than meat, cheese and sauce! NOT WORTH THE PRICE THEY CHARGE FOR SURE! I was ablentoneat 4 bites.. the rest was plain wrap.. ...The taco was good.

The lady on the cash register/speaker was so sweet, and in our brief interactions, she made me feel like a person instead of just a customer. Also, I could hear the kitchen staff clearly communicating with each other like a team. This was one of the best drive thru experiences I’ve had in a while. Thank y’all, Taco Bell night crew. ❤️

It’s a five star because of the guy I met working the drive through close to 2 o’clock which is their closing time. He was very professional and even though the kitchen was out of chicken and nacho cheese at 1:55 p.m. the drive through worker held a very good manner and didn’t get upset and recommended me a way to help which I respect. The five stars is for the window costumer service late at night. The kitchen definitely needs some work for the later part of the shift.

I never leave bad reviews, but this was terrible. I usually order at the kiosk, but on this night a girl waved me over to the register. So, I decided to give it a try - I dont know if she was new, couldn't hear me, or what the actual problem was. - My partner ordered a cantina chicken quesadilla, & the worker kept suggesting a hard taco, my parter said no i dont want a hard taco. - i attempted ordering nachos, but she couldnt hear/understand so i said just do a burrito t o make it easier on her. & 2 soft shell tacos for my child plus 3 drinks --- we get the food, there are 4 items on the rece
