My normal spot but today was one of those days (hit or miss). Customer service was poor and food portions was at an all time low... the Indian girl put chow mien into my plate only to straight up dump it back in to correct my order (thank God we're not in covid19 times). Waited 10 minutes for my beef and broccoli when they said "5 minutes wait time." Amd the kicker was, "hey your food is done!" Forcing my to walk over and get my food...

This is a couple of months late but after having an issue tonight with another location using Door Dash I decided to write this now. I remember ordering a plate and getting only a bowl with very little meat. It was an hour before they closed so I'm guessing they didn't want to prepare more food, and if so I should have been contacted first. I get my food and the restaurant is still open. I called multiple times and no one answered, which I feel like was because they knew it was probably an upset customer. We have been at this place a few times and I will tell you what out of all the pandas we've been to this has always been the cleanest And the freshest food that we have had at most pandas. The staff are always happy and enjoy serving you....they are always friendly, always smiling. Can't wait to get your order and get you sat down to start enjoying your meal! Went here early Saturday evening. It was 530pm. Service was very fast. The food was delicious, fresh, hot, and the servings were enormous. Panda Express / Keizer Station will definitely be one of my regular go-to's from now on!
