Just encountered such horrible service with the manager and staff. Charged a kids plate and no toppings. Manager acted as she was doing me a favor on rice when I questioned what happened to the kids pita. They (manager and the server) spoke down to me as if I haven't paid for my order. The manager said corporate would not care if I said anything to them in which I find it hard to believe how they wouldn’t listen if something wrong is going on in there establishment. Also this manager has waived plates in exchange for reviews in such a sweet way in the past. Which I never thought bad about the

The Gainesville, VA location is always my favorite cava to come to! Reyna is always the nicest! The staff is always fast, friendly and efficient. Everything is always clean and workers respond as soon as you walk in. No standing around chatting and ignoring customers like so many places I go to in NOVA.

I ordered a Greens + Grains bowl with chicken, Crazy Feta, hummus, tzatziki, and several toppings. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. The customer service was on point--friendly, fast, and professional from start to finish. This location never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, the ingredients are always fresh, and the staff does a great job. Shot out to Manuel Definitely a 10/10 experience every time I visit. Highly recommend!
