I had a really unpleasant experience with Lyn, from the moment we walked up, she seemed irritated and kept rushing us while we were trying to order. Every time we asked about selections, she rolled her eyes and acted annoyed that we were taking a moment to decide. What really upset me was the portioning. We only received 4 pieces of shrimp, and when I politely asked if she could add a little more, she responded with a rude attitude saying, "That's enough, that's the portion," while opening the plate and pointing at it. I love spicy food and the Kung Pao chicken with chili peppers hits the spot. Yum, Yum...lol. I also enjoy the Honey Sesame Chicken. This location is in the Lucky's Shopping Center on A Street. The staff here is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

Very unprofessional store manager. Don’t trust this location with your delivery, they will mess up your delivery. Store manager is a case study! He needs more management training.

I've only done the order online and takeout once. And during this pandemic, its a take-out process which turned out exactly as it should. The entire order was correct, the boxes were packed to the brim with food. Everything was packaged up and ready to go at the time they said it would be ready. The $20 family meal was a tremendous value. Thank you Panda Express!
