Two bad experiences in the past two weeks. First bad experience was the establishment having no biscuits at 9 am. Second bad experience on Jan. 2nd, they were taking cash only and only one biscuit available when I wanted two. I was told I could wait 20 minutes while they finished backing, which I did. Once I got them, it was 10:00 and they were burnt.

I am so sick of this location! I ordered delivery. This was my 3rd times the charm moment only to be left even more pissed off then the last two times I tried getting food here. I spent 30+ dollars on the full Mandalorian meal. The driver shows up and when asked where the shake was, she told me the workers said it only comes with a cup. It clearly states what it comes with on my ticket taped to the damm box. Not only was there no shake, but there was apparently no tots either. I couldn't go down there to argue with them and honestly didn't see the point as just about every time I have been the

The service is great, they recognize me, and know my order before I even say it. Haha. Very efficient and pleasant team there. The food is, well, Burger King food, which I like.

I ordered my dinner and I was about 10 min late to pick it up . When I arrived the lobby was Empty both in lobby and behind counter. I walked in called hello 3 times to no answer when 2 employees come laughing from the back of the kitchen. The cashier who seemed like she hated her job handed me my bag and after spending 30 + dollars on my order I requested a ranch to which I was told it would be 30 cents. After the order I made? I don’t think after the service I reviewed I will return.
