I went in to Wendy's tonight, and Ronaldand Dominic were absolute rockstars! Between them trying to keep up with getting slammed, to putting up with management talking down to them, they both kept positive attitudes and and amazing customer service. Even though our orders are messed up on a regular basis, I am willing to go back just because of those two wonderful people! I hope management and the owner know what they have with those two. They are a dream team!

During my travels on 10 June 2026, I stopped at the Wendy’s location on Prospect Avenue. The first thing I noticed was a tall young male employee handling unpackaged French fries with his bare hands and placing them directly into the fryer without wearing gloves. The employee appeared unkempt, and witnessing this raised immediate concerns about food safety and sanitation. After placing my order, I intentionally watched to ensure I was not served fries that had been handled this way. Unfortunately, the problems continued. Avoid Helena Wendys location. This place has gone down hill. My family went through the drive thru. Our chicken sandwiches were given to us cold. The tomatoes on the sandwiches were spoiled/very mushy. The sandwiches didnt taste right, money wasted. The management at this location need to be better about food safety. If management is reading this I strongly encourage you to check your freezers. This is unacceptable. I got sick after eating here. Forgot half my food. And what I did get was cold. Sprite tasted like soda water more than sprite. Saddened to see how downhill Wendy’s has gone the last year or so. It’s like that don’t care about quality anymore. Service was friendly and fast, but id rather wait a couple minutes extra for hot, accurate food. Instead of my food basically being thrown at me like it’s a bomb about to explode.
